my friend is a stud

my friend andrew is a total inspiration. he is doing the arizona ironman this weekend. i can't even begin to comprehend how anyone would want to do that. both the physical and mental endurance it takes to just get to the start line. all i can say is, wow. i haven't even done any sort of exercise for about a month, but he says we will begin running again in may after he recovers from this, and i get through crunch time at work. i missed my marathon before 40 goal, so i'm going to work toward marathon at 40, and aim for the L.A. Marathon next year. so to repeat. my friend is a stud.
